  智能传感功能材料国家重点实验室(以下简称智能传感实验室)是2015年9月由国家科技部批准建立的第三批企业国家重点实验室。智能传感实验室的主要任务是围绕智能传感领域关键材料及应用技术进行攻关,支撑以人工智能、物联网为标志的新一代信息技术的可持续发展,满足以智能化为代表的高新技术产业发展的迫切需求。

  智能传感实验室现拥有功能齐全的材料制备、微加工、材料表征等大型设备,建设了高规格的微纳加工平台。智能传感实验室未来将着力打造生物传感、磁传感、微能源和气体传感研发团队,重点发展在能源、环境及医疗健康领域的传感关键技术及应用研究。现根据智能传感实验室发展需要,面向海内外招聘高水平科技人才。

  一、招聘方向

  1、MEMS磁性、气体、电化学、生物传感器的器件设计、仿真模拟与工艺。

  2、MEMS传感器的测试与应用技术研究。

  3、传感器系统设计、测试,电路设计、信号处理等系统开发。

  4、微能源器件研究与能源管理技术。

  二、招聘岗位

  (一)领域负责人

  1、岗位职责

  (1)承担领域发展和建设的重要任务,负责组织制定领域战略规划和阶段发展目标,注重战略谋划和前瞻布局;

  (2)带领团队积极争取并主持承担国家重大项目,促进具有重要影响的技术攻关和重大科研成果的转化;

  (3)组织开展国际学术交流,扩大本领域的影响力;

  (4)积极培养青年人才。

  2、任职要求

  (1)在MEMS、传感领域有较深的学术造诣或工程技术开发能力,具有较高的国际学术或行业影响力;

  (2)在国内外著名高校、国际知名科研机构或企业担任教授或相当职务的任职经历;

  (3)年富力强,具有领军才能和团队组织能力;

  (4)入选千人计划、万人计划、长江学者等人才计划者优先。

  (二)团队负责人

  1、岗位职责

  (1)承担具体研究方向的研发任务,在重要研究项目及课题中发挥核心作用;

  (2)争取和承担国家科技任务,取得国内外同行认可的科研成果,建设具有较强创新能力的科研团队;

  (3)拓展与市场的技术对接和成果转化,形成有效的产研结合的研发格局;

  (4)指导和培养青年科技人才。

  2、任职要求

  (1)具有国际化研究视野,在国内外高水平学术期刊上发表过研究成果;

  (2)在国内外著名高校、国际知名科研机构或企业担任高级职称或相当职务的任职经历;

  (3)具备解决关键技术、推动技术创新的能力。

  (三)优秀青年人才

  1、岗位职责

  (1)承担研发任务的重要研究或关键技术开发任务;

  (2)能够提出具有重要创新价值的工作思路,积极开拓新的研究领域;

  (3)开展高水平应用基础研究,攻克工程技术难题;

  (4)完成团队分派的其它事务。

  2、任职要求

  (1)一般具备相关专业博士学位

  (2)在MEMS、传感领域做出过具有创新思想的研究成果;

  (3)在国内外著名高校、科研机构或企业从事MEMS及传感领域2年以上工作经历;

  (4)具有创新意识,优秀的实验技巧和理论功底;

  (5)良好的团队协作能力。

  State key laboratory of advanced materialsfor smart sensing is a national level enterprise laboratory approved by theMinistry of Science and Technology in 2015. The main goal of the laboratory isto tackle critical technologies on sensing materials and their applicationscatered to new information technology, and meet the urgent need for thedevelopment of the new and high technology represented by the AI and IoT.

  Description

  Executeresearch studies on MEMS and sensors by designing, simulating, fabricating, testingand analyzing data to the highest standards.

  Collaborateclosely with Investigator and lab members on research projects includingdefining the scope of the collaboration, researching the scientific orengineering topics and implementing the appropriate MEMS and sensor solutionsthat meet project timelines.

  Requirements

  A PhDdegree in a field ideally MEMS, applied physics or microelectronics.

  Academicand/or industrial research experience with publications in high-levelpeer-reviewed journals in the field of MEMS and sensors.

  Workexperience with at least 2 years in MEMS and sensing field in famousuniversities, research institutes or enterprises;

  Creativemind and highly motivated with excellent experimental and theoretical skills.

  Goodteamwork skills.

  3 Compensation and Benefits
